Our Strategy & Corporate Affairs department within RWE Renewables in Essen is looking for a 

Head of Project - workstream Cultural Integration (d/f/m) 

Areas of responsibility

  • Drive and support the value capture in order to enable the whole organization to manage a successful operational integration
  • Overall responsiblity - including project, budget and team lead - for the workstream Cultural Integration
  • Drive the operational integration of the renewables business across all functions
  • Design and coordinate cultural integration measures, incl. leadership journey in close cooperation with HR function, trainings, etc.
  • Collaborate with Head of IMO to ensure cultural integration measures are reflected in integration master plan
  • Identify cultural integration risks and develop mitigation actions
  • Create transparency on implementation progress
 

Your profile

  • Masters degree
  • Previous and deep experience in either consulting, controlling, project management, or integration management
  • At least 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Ideally understanding of the renewables business
  • Ability to constructively resolve conflicts and to constantly optimize the business
  • Leadership experience with the ability to work across geographies and within cross functional team
  • Structured personality, pragmatic and actively involving him-/herself
  • Clear top-down communication skills in the collaboration with especially management, directors and externals
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
  • Ideally at least 3 days per week present at the Headquarter in Essen, flexibility with regard to the work location
  • Fluent in English, German is considerate as a plus but not mandatory
