Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management 

Areas of responsibility

1. Maintains effective working relationships with both external and internal customers
2. Monitors financed portfolio performance both at the project level and at the portfolio level
3. Advises the business on buyout or restructuring opportunities and leads coordination of negotiations with relevant teams and investors
4. Ensures business compliance with all due dates and agreement provisions and covenants under partnership and financing agreements by managing:
a. delivery of monthly operating reports
b. monthly cash distributions, quarterly DSCR calculations
c. quarterly and annual financial statements and tax returns
d. annual tax equity tracking models
e. debt forecast models
5. Participates in investor meetings as the face of E.ON to discuss project and contract performance, status, and issues
6. Liaise with E.ON business functions to address investor Q&A
7. Coordinate with ECRNA Partnering team on joint venture relationship management
8. Manage internal ad hoc projects


Your profile

3-6 years of experience overall, 3+ years of which include project management or team lead experience (required)
2. Experience in a customer service/client-facing role (preferred)
3. Knowledgeable of renewable energy project economics (specifically wind and solar) and related incentive systems (required)
4. Familiar with tax equity partnership flip structures, funding models and agreements, debt financing agreements and debt covenants (preferred)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills (required)

 6. Experience with contract compliance management (preferred)
 7. Bachelor’s Degree (required), background in business, finance, accounting, or tax preferred
